Crimson Tide running back Dee Hart has been arrested in Tuscaloosa on charges of giving false information and possession of marijuana, according to TuscaloosaNews.com. Both charges are considered misdemeanors.

Via TuscaloosaNews.com’s Aaron Suttles:

Hart was booked into the jail at 9:20 p.m. on Sunday and released on a $1,300 bond at 10:33 p.m.

Hart will be a junior in 2014. He was a Rivals.com five-star recruit in the class of ’11 and was ranked as the No. 1 all-purpose back in the class. After redshirting in ’12, Hart was used sparingly during the Tide’s 11-2 campaign last fall, carrying 22 times for 78 yards and a touchdown.

Where can I find out the article(s) that reported Hart and Tenpenny have been kicked off the 'Bama team?

Alvin Kamara was in Georgia and long gone from Bama's team for disciplinary reasons when he was arrested. Also note" "DEE HART - EX BAMA RB" are the operative words for this article. Sorry trolls, nothing to see here....

Well if they stopped paying their players they wouldn't have money for weed. Is there anything worse than a pothead? If there is, I can't think of it.

@JamesTeasdale  True, because we all know Tuscaloosa police would never arrest a CURRENT Alabama player, don't we?
