Florida cornerback Loucheiz Purifoy will leave school early to enter the 2014 NFL draft, the junior told ESPN’s Joe Schad.

Purifoy announced his intentions to leave school after the Gators’ 37-7 loss to No. 2 Florida State on Saturday.

The Pensacola, Fla., native was a two-year starter for Florida and finished the 2013 season with 24 total tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, two sacks, two interceptions and seven pass breakups. In October, SI.com’s Chris Burke projected Purifoy as the No. 31 overall pick in the 2014 NFL draft.

That sucks. FSU receivers were hoping to have another year of lighting this joker up. See Adolfis comments below.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha................ Who ever is advising him is an idiot. His NFL stock keeps dropping each week. After the FSU game seeing how many times he was burned it will drop even further. Guess he is tired of Gator Nation and we do not need him with that attitude.
