Aaron Murray offers video evidence that Mark Richt has lost control of his team

Georgia Bulldogs, Mark Richt Has Lost Control Of This Category Tag

By Ben Glicksman

There’s no more denying it: Georgia coach Mark Richt has completely lost control of his program. Aaron Murray uploaded a video to Instagram on Friday that shows the quarterback riding around on mopeds with his teammates, a sure sign that I’m jumping off the Bulldogs’ bandwagon for this season.

I mean, Murray just doesn’t get it. He needs to be thinking football thoughts about football things at every point in his football life. There is no time for non-football fun when you are a football player on a big-time college football team. AJ McCarron would never do this, and that guy has won back-to-back national championships.

Half of the players in this video aren’t even wearing shirts. That’s taking lack of SEC commitment to a new level. What if they fall? Imagining it is enough for me, because those kind of abrasions take forever to heal.

This guy should realize that Aaron Murray is a college kid too. People do stupid things in college. Plus the coach was there with them. This guy should stop freaking out.

Ben Glicksman... you are stupid.... this is a tradition they do every year... there were coaches with them when this happened... God sports illustrated has certainly lost all credibility

Good to see a team of college kids having good, clean fun, and I'm sure Watts Dantzler flashing the "shocker" in the beginning of the video really makes his parents proud. Hope no one has to explain that gesture to grandma Dantzler.

The responses to this made me lose faith in the reading comprehension ability of the internet.

I don't know if this article is supposed to be funny or serious.

The moped ride is a tradition: the football team has been doing it for quite some time now and everybody on the campus at UGA knows about it. It coincides with "Sorority Rush Week" and Murray has done this every year since he arrived.

If this article is a joke, good for you. If not, you may need to find out a bit more about the team you're choosing to cheer for before you flip open your laptop—just sayin'.

Whoever their QB is it won't matter how hard they work. Georgia hasn't produced a great QB since Fran Tarkington.

if all they're handing out at uga are mopeds then no wonder they can't win the sec.

You morons do understand writing in a satirical fashion, right? This is a joke. Laugh. It's supposed to be funny.

Talk about a complete and total overreaction.  Did he ever consider that the team moped ride would build camaraderie and make the team closer?

Even if it is real.  What are you guys worried about?  Glicksman acts like he's the one putting in the time during two a days.  Give em' a break.  A cruise on mopeds after practice isn't that big of a deal.

I see a bunch of flabby white guys. This is the team?
